摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fermentation treatment apparatus which is capable of simply arranging a supply pipe at low cost by using a surface layer material made of a synthetic resin and protecting supply pipes in the piping gutter, and homogeneously performing the aerobic fermentation by air jetted from each nozzle. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The invention relates to a fermentation treatment apparatus that beds a surface layer material 2 covering the floor surface 6 fixedly on the floor surface 6 to laminate the material to be treated for aerobic fermentation on the surface side and that has arranged the supply pipe 1 having many nozzle apertures 7 of a finely small particle size for jetting hyperbaric pressurized air to the outer periphery within the layer thickness of the layer surface material 2, which is connected to the supply part of the hyperbaric pressurized air. The surface layer material 2 uses a plate-like member made of the synthetic resin with predetermined elasticity and stiffness and two or more of them are spread and put side by side. A grooved joint 11 for piping which stores and pipes the supply pipe 1 between the neighboring surface layer materials 2 is formed. The supply pipe 1 is fixedly piped within the joint 11 for piping so that the supply pipe 1 can be stored within the layer thickness of the surface layer material 2.
