PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy and inexpensive contact sensing device for sensing the contact of an object and performing appropriate operation according to the state, in a robot, toy, or the like. SOLUTION: The contact sensing device applied to a robot, toy, or the like includes an air bag, an exhaust port that is attached to the air bag and exhausts the air in the air bag when a certain pressure or higher is applied to the air bag, a sound wave transmitting section formed of a whistle section for generating sound wave with the air exhausted from the exhaust port, and a sound wave detecting section for detecting the sound wave occurring from the whistle section.
