PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a processing load in getting synchronization. SOLUTION: When a log information accumulation part (an active system) stores log information newly acquired from a processing part in a storage part, transmits the log information accumulated in the storage part to a log information accumulation part (a standby system) that is a transmission source of an acquisition request when receiving the acquisition request from the log information accumulation part (the standby system), and transmits log information to the log information accumulation part (the standby system) when newly acquiring the log information from the processing part. The log information accumulation part (the standby system) transmits the acquisition request to the log information accumulation part (the active system) simultaneously with start-up, and stores the log information transmitted by the log information accumulation part (the active system) in the storage part.
