<p>The objective is to provide an oily solid-form cosmetic, which exhibits excellent spreadability during use and when applied to the finger, reduced stickiness after application, and excellent storage stability and moisture retention. The oily solid-form cosmetic contains (a) 5-25 wt% of a phospholipid, wherein the phospholipid composition is 25-42% phosphatidylcholine and 25-42% phosphatidylethanolamine, (b) silicone oil having a kinematic viscosity of 1-100 mm2/s at 25°C, and (c) an ester oil that is liquid at 25°C. The content ratio (b)/(c) of component (b) to component (c) is 0.006-0.4.</p> |
