The objective is to provide an intermediate film for laminated glass, a laminated glass, and a zinc oxide microparticle dispersion, wherein the zinc oxide microparticles exhibit excellent dispersibility. Disclosed is an intermediate film for laminated glass that contains zinc oxide microparticles containing a trivalent metal element, a thermoplastic resin, a dispersant, and a plasticizer, wherein said dispersant has a structure represented by general formula (1), and the HLB value is 8-12. (1) R1 represents a C5-C14 alkyl group or a C6-C14 aryl group, R2 represents a C2-C5 alkylene group, R3 represents a hydrogen atom or R4(OR5)n-, R4 represents a C5-C14 alkyl group or a C6-C14 aryl group, R5 represents a C2-C5 alkylene group, and n is an integer of at least one.
