PURPOSE: A motor vehicle having a window pane having a sun visor and a cover is provided to quickly react to a strong incident light through the upper pane section. CONSTITUTION: A motor vehicle(2) having a window pane having a sun visor and a cover comprises a window pane, a cover, and a sun visor. The window pane has the upper pane section(30) and bottom side pane section(34). The sun visor(52) is formed for the upper pane section. The cover(44) passes through the first location in which a cover doesn't show the upper pane section from the starting position. The cover is movable to the second position. The sun visor is supplied in the light penetrating type which attenuates the incident light through the upper pane section.
