PURPOSE: A tool and a stopper for one touch tool exchange are provided to enhance work efficiency by improving the conventional tool exchange method using a wrench. CONSTITUTION: A tool for one touch tool exchange comprises a magnet device for attachment of tools. A stopper for one touch tool exchange comprises a pin, female and male gears, and a special washer. The special washer has a friction surface and a hole for stop operation.
