<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel supply device suppressing the generating of electrical noise and reducing its physique vertically in a gravity direction. <P>SOLUTION: This fuel supply device 1 is provided with a fuel pump 41, a control section 5, and a lid member 2. The electrically driven type fuel pump 41 is arranged in a fuel tank 10 to suck fuel in the fuel tank 10 and discharge it to the outside of the tank 10. The control section 5 controls electric power supplied to the fuel pump 41. The lid member 2 blocks the upper opening 11 of the tank 10, and is provided with a disk-like flange 21 supported by an edge 12 forming the upper opening 11 and a cup 22 arranged in the center of the flange 21 in a radially inward direction. The cup 22 is formed in a cylindrical shape with a bottom, and has with a sidewall 221 falling cylindrically to the fuel pump 41 side, and a bottom wall 222 blocking the lower end of the sidewall 221.
