<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to easily select an indication content and an indication object by comprehensively presenting the indication content and the indication object to be selected by the user. <P>SOLUTION: An indication content determining device 200 includes: a character storage part 201 for storing the position of a character to be arranged in a virtual space and rings to be arranged to enclose the character; a display part 202 for displaying an image where the character and the rings are plotted; and a position-of-interest storage part 203 for storing the position of an indication mark to be changed in position in a picture by the operation of the user. The indication content to the character is previously associated with the rings.
