PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for effectively presenting the existence of application software to a user.

SOLUTION: A storage part stores trial version content information and product version content information of an application program with identification information given thereto. A legal right information acquiring part 134 obtains legal right information of the application program on the basis of instruction information received by an input receiving part 110. A determining part 144 determines whether the legal right information of the application program is stored on the basis of the identification information. A display processing part 150 uses first content information to generate a display screen until the determining part 144 determines that the legal right information is stored, and uses second content information to generate a display screen when the determining part 144 determines that the legal right information is stored.
