<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an personal identification medium and a customer information management system, allowing easy management of a plurality of member cards. <P>SOLUTION: The personal identification medium includes: a member information table 41 comprising one or more enterprise codes 51 each for identifying an enterprise and member information associated with each enterprise code 51, for specifying a member in each enterprise; a table storage means 33 storing the member information table 41 in a nonvolatile manner; an enterprise code reception means 31 receiving one enterprise code 51 of the one or more enterprise codes 51 from an external device; and a display means 35 displaying the member information associated with the enterprise code 51 with the reception of the enterprise code 51 as a trigger. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
