<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a seaweed extract which is excellent in clear properties by extracting seaweed using an organic acid-containing liquid as a solvent. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the seaweed extract includes adding ethanol, or an extracted solution which is obtained by extracting seaweed with an ethanol-containing liquid, to an extracted solution which is obtained by extracting seaweed with an organic acid-containing liquid as a solvent, and passing through a clarification step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
