<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card equipped with a secondary battery which is excellent in safety without increasing the thickness. <P>SOLUTION: An IC card is provided with: an antenna coil for inducing a power by electromagnetic induction; a thin film battery for accumulating a power to be induced by the antenna coil; and a control part for controlling the accumulation of the power from the antenna coil to the thin film battery.
