The metal plate (21) is joined to one of the principal surfaces of the piezoelectric element (22). The package member (10) has a support part (12) and a restriction part (11). The support part (12) supports an end part of the power-generating element (20) in a cantilevered fashion. The restriction part (11) is provided on the opposite side of the metal plate (21) from the piezoelectric element (22). The restriction part (11) restricts displacement of the power-generating element (20) toward the outside of the metal plate (21).
