PURPOSE: An animation distribution advertisement method based on a video hyperlink capable of acquiring advertisement commission is provided to reduce the resistance of the user comparing with animation advertisement. CONSTITUTION: The moving picture dispersion advertisement method of the video hyperlink base is as follows. The advertisement movie of the video hyperlink base manufactures the video hyperlink. The advertisement movie of the video hyperlink base is registered to the advertising agency internet portal site(200). The advertisement movie of the video hyperlink base in which a site administrator(300) wants from the advertising agency internet portal site is selected. The selected moving picture is advertised at the administrator site of a self with dispersion.
