<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing machine capable of preventing a foreign matter from clogging in an overflow mechanism. <P>SOLUTION: The washing machine includes: a water tub 4 stored in an outer box 1; a washing tub 7 stored in the inner tub 4 so as to wash, rinse, dehydrate, and dry laundry; a water tub cover 17 attached to cover the upper part of the water tub 4 so as to cover the upper part of the water tub 4; a warm air blow unit for heating air sucked from the external part of the outer box 1 and blowing the air into the water tub 4 via the water tub cover 17; and the overflow mechanism having slits 18a being exhaust ports 27 for exhaust from the water tub 4 so as to drain washing water when a water level in the water tub 4 reaches the prescribed water level or more. The overflow mechanism includes: an overflow part 25 having an overflow port 27 and formed in the water tub 4; an overflow hose 29 for discharging water which flows into the water flow part 25 from the water flow port 27, to the external part of the machine; and an overflow port filter 26 arranged in the overflow port 27. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
