<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further improve the conventional light condensing body and to improve light condensing efficiency of a light condensing apparatus being the assembled body of the light condensing bodies. <P>SOLUTION: A hollow optical fiber is extended to a tapered shape to form a cone shape. Air is used as a core a of the hollow optical fiber, and glass such as transparent quartz Pyrex (a trade name) and resin such as polycarbonate Teflon (a trade name) are used as component materials of the hollow optical fiber, thus light is collected from the peripheral side face. Lighting efficiency of light energy collecting the light from the peripheral side face is improved by adding a fluorescent body to the hollow optical fiber. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
