<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor for preventing an expense for a participator participating in a meeting from becoming more expensive than the expenses for other participators in the case of searching for a participator who should participate in the meeting. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The reception means of the information processor receives a place of a meeting and features of participators who should participate in the meeting. A person extraction means extracts the persons matching the features of the participators received by the reception means. An expense calculation means calculates expanses for the persons extracted by the extraction means to participate in the meeting on the basis of the place of the meeting received by the reception means. A participator selection means selects the participators who should participate in the meeting among the persons extracted by the extraction means in accordance with selection criteria in response to the expenses calculated by the calculation means.
