<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repairing method of gas turbine parts which achieves repairing of defects in a wide range of gas turbine parts composed of single crystals or column crystals molded by unidirectional solidification and gas turbine parts. <P>SOLUTION: The repairing method of gas turbine parts achieves repairing of defects of gas turbines parts composed of single crystals or column crystals molded by unidirectional solidification. After a portion where a defect of gas turbine parts exists is defined as a concave repaired region 2, several weld padding sections 3 which range between one end of the repaired region 2 and the other opposing end are formed by welding with welding material added at predetermined intervals. Then powder alloy brazing repairing material is filled between weld padding sections 3 and heated to fill the gaps between weld padding sections 3 by alloy brazing repairing sections 4 by diffusion alloy brazing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
