<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination control device reducing or alleviating discomfort or unpleasant feeling caused by extreme light and darkness differences, by preventing or reducing generation of extreme light and darkness differences between adjacent lighting fixtures. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The illumination control device includes a second human detection sensor 3b detecting existence of a human body, a human detection signal input part 3d to input a human detection signal detected by the other human detection sensor, and a second illumination control device 3 having a second control part 3c controlling outputs of lighting fixtures of a plurality of systems consisting of one or more lighting fixtures based on the human detection signal of the second human detection sensor 3b, as well as controlling outputs of at least one system light fixture among the plurality of them based on the other human detection signal input into a human detection signal input part 3d.
