PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide disaster prevention equipment capable of preventing, even when a resident is present in a room away from the room wherein a house information board is installed, the resident from missing broadcast contents from a caretaker's room. SOLUTION: A disaster prevention equipment includes a caretaker's room master unit installed in a caretaker's room and a house information board installed in each house. In the disaster prevention equipment, the house information board is connected to the caretaker's room master unit via a control signal line and an audio signal line for simultaneous broadcasts from the caretaker's room master unit to the house information boards. The disaster prevention equipment further includes: a fire alarm which is provided in a room of the house and includes a speaker; a receiving means which is provided in the fire alarm for receiving a broadcast start signal output from the caretaker's room master unit via the control signal line; and an audio signal output circuit to output an audio signal, indicating that simultaneous broadcasts are to be performed, to the speakers when the receiving means receives the broadcast start signal.
