PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply the optimum voltage based on a wiring distance from an electric lock control board to an electric lock and a lock type as a power supply to the electric lock. SOLUTION: In the locked state of the electric lock 10, and in the closed state of a door, a distance of wiring laid to the electric lock 10 is measured, and the lock type is determined based on a change width of a current value of an observed current I<SB>1</SB>when alternating voltage for observation to be connected is applied.
