<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and the like for managing a place where a micro base station is installed, by which location information of the micro base station, of which the location can not be specified from GPS information, can be acquired. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A micro base station 103 notifies a micro base station OPS107 bout call processing connection information of a mobile phone 105 within its own radio wave range 104, the mobile phone 105 notifies the micro base station OPS107 about GPS information on a current location of the mobile phone itself acquired in response to a request from the micro base station OPS107, and the micro base station OPS107 specifies the location of the micro base station 103 on the basis of the notified call processing connection information and GPS information.
