<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a high temperature of a refrigerant around a discharge port, and to enhance the reliability of a scroll compressor using the refrigerant which is expressed by molecular formula: C<SB>3</SB>H<SB>m</SB>F<SB>n</SB>(where, m and n denote an integer of ≥1 and ≤5, and a relationship m+n=6 is established), and has one double bond in a molecular structure. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Outer arc parts (75d, 76d) continuous to a volute tongue of an involute curve on an outer wall side, inner arc parts (75e, 76e) continuous to a volute tongue of an involute curve on an inner wall side, and curved parts (75f, 76f) for connecting the outer arc parts (75d, 76d) to the inner arc parts are formed on volute tongue portions in laps (75a, 76a) of scrolls (75, 76).
