<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a high temperature of a part around a discharge port by the reverse flow of a refrigerant from a discharge space to a compression chamber, and to enhance the reliability of a scroll compressor using the refrigerant which is expressed by molecular formula: C<SB>3</SB>H<SB>m</SB>F<SB>n</SB>(where, m and n denote an integer of ≥1 and ≤5, and a relationship m+n=6 is established), and has one double bond in a molecular structure. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An opening/closing mechanism (94) capable of opening and closing a discharge port (93) according to differential pressure between and among a compressed air chamber (73), a muffler space (96) and a discharge space (100) is formed at the discharge port (93).
