PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine a proper operation parameter set by executing dimension reduction in a short time even when there are a large number of attributes of a precondition. SOLUTION: This parameter determination support device includes: a precondition space construction part 2 constructing a precondition space that is a base group of a space of the precondition; and a precondition space part 3 converting coordinates of a recommendation precondition into coordinates on the precondition space. A recommendation parameter presentation part 4 calculates similarity between a plurality of case records and the recommendation precondition by use of the coordinates on the precondition space in the plurality of case records recorded in a case accumulation part 1 and the coordinates of the recommendation precondition converted into the coordinates on the precondition space, and determines the recommended operation parameter set by use of the similarity.
