<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonwoven fabric for a heating implement which has soft texture and excellent flexibility, and to provide a heating implement using the fabric. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The nonwoven fabric for the heating implement is a composite nonwoven fabric obtained by laminating a first nonwoven fabric layer, which includes long-fiber having a basis weight of 8g/m<SP>2</SP>to 25g/m<SP>2</SP>and an average fiber diameter of 7 μm to 30 μm, on a second nonwoven fabric layer, which includes short-fiber having a basis weight of 20g/m<SP>2</SP>to 50g/m<SP>2</SP>and an average fiber diameter of 7 μm to 30 μm. Longitudinal bending rigidity in KES-FB2 is 0.035gf*cm/cm<SP>2</SP>to 0.050gf*cm/cm<SP>2</SP>, and a compression characteristic in KES-FB3 is 0.55gf*cm/cm<SP>2</SP>to 0.70gf*cm/cm<SP>2</SP>.
