<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member positioning tool having a small number of part items and a wide position adjustable range of a knock pin. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An operation plate 11 is urged downward by springy force of a spring 6 and a shaft member 9 is pressed downward. A ring member 7 is pressed downward by an arm 15 mounted on the shaft member 9 and the lower surface of the flange part 8 of the ring member 7 comes into contact with an upper surface of a housing 4. In this way, the rotation of the ring member 7 is prevented. When the rotation of the ring member 7 is prevented, a base end part of a second link 18 is connected with the flange part 8 of the ring member 7, so that the movement of the second link 18 is prevented.
