摘要 PURPOSE: A system for controlling atmosphere gas inside furnace is provided to reduce decarburization effectually by analyzing atmosphere gas inside the furnace and controlling the inflow of the atmosphere gas based on the analyzed data. CONSTITUTION: A system for controlling atmosphere gas inside furnace comprises a furnace(110), a flux controller(100), a gas generator(130), and a gas analysis controller(120). The furnace is filled with the atmosphere gas. The carbon steel is treated in the furnace at fixed temperature. The flux controller is connected to the furnace. The flux controller controls the flow rate of the atmosphere gas supplied to the furnace. The gas generator produces the endothermic gas. The gas generator supplies the endothermic gas to the flux controller. The gas analysis control part analyzes the component of the atmosphere gas supplied through the sampling line connected to the furnace. The gas analysis control part controls the flux controller based on the analyzed data. The gas analysis control part controls the flow rate of the atmosphere gas supplied to the furnace.
