<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaped joint material capable of imparting flexibility and shape preservability in ordinary temperature which was a conventional problem, capable of preventing explosion at hot setting, capable of preventing baking to a refractory and further capable of extending a hot usable time while maintaining a sealing property of the shaped joint material. <P>SOLUTION: The shaped joint material is manufactured by adding 20-40 mass% acrylic emulsion as a binder to 100 mass% of raw material mixture comprising a refractory raw material, and further adding 1-3 mass% texanol as a plasticizer and drying after kneading and forming the mixture. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
