<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plurality of presence services with one user identifier, selectively disclose the presence for each service, and control whether to permit access. <P>SOLUTION: A terminal 11 serves as a presentity referred to by a terminal 12 for presence, also as a watcher referring to a terminal 13 for presence. The terminal 12 corresponds to the watcher that subscribes for the presence of the terminal 11. The terminal 13 corresponds to the presentity for the presence of which the terminal 11 subscribes. Presence servers 21 and 22 manage presence information and presence approval rules about the terminals 11 to 13, and controls access and selects presence information to be disclosed according to service type identification information specified at the presence subscription request, service type identification information specified by the presentity when the presentity issues a presence, and the presence approval rules comprising service type identification information, accessibility conditions and disclosure conditions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
