<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for immobilization which reduces nonspecific adsorption and enables the immobilization of a sufficient amount of a physiologically active substance, a physiologically active substance-immobilized carrier, and a carrier for immobilization. <P>SOLUTION: The method for immobilization for immobilizing the physiologically active substance on a solid phase carrier includes bringing the solid phase carrier into contact with an acid anhydride functional group-containing silane coupling agent such as, for example, a 3-(triethoxysilyl)propylsuccinic acid anhydride , and performing bonding treatment of the physiologically active substance to the acid anhydride functional group while holding the solid phase carrier after the contact at a temperature in the range of 0-60°C. Also disclosed is a physiologically active substance-immobilized carrier obtained by the method for immobilization, Still further provided is a carrier for immobilization for preparing the physiologically active substance-immobilized carrier obtained by bringing the solid phase carrier into contact with the acid anhydride functional group-containing silane coupling agent such as, for example, the 3-(triethoxysilyl)propylsuccinic acid anhydride. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
