<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service system capable of determining a consideration in response to a content using result, by enhancing not only a content use charge but also a content use value and a using rate, and to collect information for determining a value added using charge high for a service provider, low for a service user and reasonable for the both. <P>SOLUTION: A member ID=A00005, for example, counts the click number of each object number corresponding to a mask No.=1, and the click number of each meaning.
