<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage of a wire material by burrs to be caused in a cut surface in a protector for vehicle obtained by cutting, at least, one end of a blow molding formed by blow molding. <P>SOLUTION: When molding the protector for vehicle by blow molding, both ends of a blow molding (a bag-like molding 110) formed into a bag shape are cut in a direction at right angle to a shaft so as to form a cylindrical body (a protector spare body 120). At that time, narrow parts 9 and 11 on a body side and a cover body side are previously formed in the circumferential direction near both ends of the bag-like molding 110, and inner wall surfaces 9a and 11a thereof are surrounded by inner wall edges 1a and 2a of openings in both ends of the protector body 1 and the cover body 2 of the protector spare body 120. The outer peripheral surface of the wire material housed in the protector body 1 is thus prevented form being brought in contact with the cut surface of the openings in both ends of the protector body 1 and the cover body 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
