PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately execute a maintenance operation in accordance with a change in properties of fluid. SOLUTION: A fluid reservoir is formed outside a jetting head. In this fluid reservoir, when the fluid is stored therein, at least a part component in the fluid can communicate with open air, and the fluid in the fluid reservoir can be decreased with the lapse of time. By this, as the fluid in the fluid reservoir and the fluids fed to respective parts of the fluid jetting apparatus are exposed to the same environment, they have a strong correlation between each other. Therefore, when an index for ease to a change of the character of the fluid is acquired based on the amount of decrease and the time of decrease of the fluid of the fluid reservoir, it is possible to acquire an index accurately reflecting the ease to changes of characters of the fluids in respective parts of the fluid jetting apparatus. Then, when maintenance operation is performed based on this index, as the changes of the characters of the fluids in respective parts of the fluid jetting apparatus can be exactly grasped, it becomes possible to execute an appropriate maintenance operation in accordance with the change of the character.
