PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which enables a stable treatment of a large amount of high water-content smelly waste, such as sewage sludge, in a cement manufacturing facility. SOLUTION: In a treatment method of wet sludge where wet sludge is supplied to a kiln bottom part 9 or a calcination furnace 2 of a cement manufacturing apparatus through piping, liquid and air are separately supplied to the piping and the piping in the vicinity of its connecting part with the kiln bottom part or the calcination furnace. Preferably the liquid is supplied from the bottom of the piping. Preferably the inside of a tip of the piping in the vicinity of the connecting part has a radially partitioned structure.
