PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to update location registration based information notified to a network system without a request of update of location registration from a mobile terminal after end of communication when the mobile terminal moves to a control area, where a radio network control unit differs. SOLUTION: When information of a mobile terminal, which moves each area, is transferred from a first radio network control unit(RNC) with its control area, which includes an areal position of the mobile terminal before movement, to a second RNC with its control area, which includes an areal position after movement, a step of transmitting information for stopping the update request of location registration from the mobile terminal is included at the time of notification of information from the second RNC to the mobile terminal.
