PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire log data which are valid for the research of the factor of an error with small data amounts. SOLUTION: For a plurality of types of data processing to be executed according to the plurality of types of operations, a log level corresponding to the scale of the influence of each of the plurality of types of data processing on a processing system is set (#101), and when an error occurs during the execution of the processing program based on the operation (#102), the log level set for the type of data processing executed according to the operation is acquired (#103), and a retroactive range corresponding to the log level is determined (#104), and the log data are acquired retroactively to the retroactive range (#105), and a log file for analysis is created from the acquired log data (#106).
