PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce ventilation resistance of cool air while retaining hot air quantity to be sent through a hot air guide passage. SOLUTION: In an air guide 24 disposed at a confluence position of a hot air passage with a cool air bypass passage in a case, two first hot air guide members 24a are disposed at the predetermined spacing, and an outer frame member 24c that forms an outer frame of the air guide 24 is disposed with the predetermined space to both sides of the hot air guide members. The first hot air guide members 24a have a hot air guide passage 24d for guiding a part of the hot air from the hot air passage toward a defroster opening part to cross cool air flow. The entire range of the first hot air guide members 24a from a hot air inlet port 24e to a hot air outlet port 24f is formed in a tunnel shape. Cool air flowing in from the cool air bypass passage 17 in a direction to cross the hot air flow flowing in the first hot air guide members 24a is made to collide to the hot air flowing in from the hot air passage 19 to be mixed at the outside of the first hot air guide members 24a.
