PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To search a document included in a second document group comprising a plurality of documents by use of a search result obtained by search with respect to a first document group comprising a plurality of documents. SOLUTION: This document search method comprises: a search reception step of receiving a specific phrase or a specific classification item for classifying a document as a search condition; a first search step of searching a prescribed document included in the first document group; a second search step of specifying relevant information, searching the second document group on the basis of the relevant information, specifying a classification item given to the document extracted by the search, and searching the second document group again based on the specified classification item; a third search step of specifying the relevant information, and searching the first document group on the basis of the relevant information; and an output step of specifying a classification item or a phrase included in the searched document, calculating a matching degree with the classification item or the phrase received as the search condition in the search reception step, and outputting it.
