PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resolver device suitable for preventing a fall of accuracy caused by a temperature change. SOLUTION: A monopolar resolver 30a has a resolver rotor 18a formed of an annular layered iron core, and a resolver stator 20a formed of an annular layered iron core (a silicon steel plate). The resolver rotors 18a, 18i are arranged facing stator poles 20ap, 20ip with predetermined clearances and mounted to the outer peripheral surface of an inner wall body 12a of a rotor 12 by a bolt 18b. The inner wall body 12a has a linear expansion coefficient set to a range of 10.0×10<SP>-6</SP>[/°C]-17.5×10<SP>-6</SP>[/°C] so as to have a thermal expansion coefficient close to the resolver rotors 18a, 18i.
