<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film that is made of a resin composition and excellent in transparency, flexibility, anti-whitening in bending and stability in molding. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The resin composition contains (a) a polyolefin-based polymer (excluding the following (b) and (c)), (b) a polymer having an alicyclic structure and (c) a hydrogenated block copolymer having one or more polymer blocks composed mainly of aromatic vinyl compound units and one or more polymer blocks composed mainly of conjugate diene units, wherein the content of the polymer blocks composed mainly of aromatic vinyl compound units, the hydrogenation ratio of the polymer blocks composed mainly of conjugate diene units and the glass transition temperature are each in a specific range. The film is characterized by being made of a resin composition satisfying that the blending ratio of the above polymers (a)/(b) be in the range of 10/90 to 90/10 and that (c)/((a)+(b)) be in the range of 1/100 to 600/100.
