PASSIVE RADIATOR AND SPEAKER SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive passive radiator having a simple and light-weight structure and to provide a speaker system provided with the passive radiator. SOLUTION: The passive radiator 1 includes a vibrator 11, an electromagnetic braking part 12 and a frame 13. The electromagnetic braking part 12 includes a magnetic circuit 31 and a conductive part 32. The conductive part 32 is attached to the vibrator 11. A part of the conductive part 32 is extended into a magnetic field formed by the magnetic circuit 31. The frame 13 supports the vibrator 11 and the electromagnetic braking part 12.
