PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil cooler securing heat radiation performance and a pressure loss of cooling wind as well as or better than conventional oil coolers while reducing costs. SOLUTION: The oil cooler is equipped with: a pair of header tanks arranged to have a space to each other; a plurality of flat tubes 4 made of extrusion material arranged between the both header tanks to have a space in the longitudinal direction of the header tanks and to direct its width direction to a ventilation direction, with the both end parts respectively connected to the both header tanks; and corrugate fins 5 arranged between the adjacent tubes 4. A plurality of oil flow passages 13A, 13B are formed in the tubes 4 to be aligned in the ventilation direction. Tube height Ht of the tubes 4 is set at 3-4 mm, and fin height Hf of the corrugate fins 5 is set at 7-9 mm. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
