<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for an organic EL device capable of narrowing a frame range, the organic EL device, and an electronic equipment. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for an organic EL device 1 comprises a light-emitting pixel formation process of forming light-emitting pixels 2 on a substrate 10, a sealing agent formation process of forming a frame-shaped sealing agent 6 on the substrate 10 or a substrate 50, a filler pasting process of pasting a filling agent 46 on an area surrounded by the sealing agent 6 on the substrate 10 or the substrate 50, a sticking process of making the substrate 10 and the substrate 50 stick via the sealing agent 6 and filling agent 46, a hardening process of hardening the sealing agent 6 and the filling agent 46, and a cutting process of cutting the substrate 10 and the substrate 50 along a cutting line L passing through a range surrounded by the sealing agent 6.
