<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage information included in an article of an electronic bulletin board. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In a new article of the electronic bulletin board received by a new article receiving means 12, storage information of a storage object is written by a previously defined form. An article analysis means 13 stores the received new article in an article information DB 11a together with relational information of the new article with the electronic bulletin board, and stores the storage information extracted from the new article in a storage information DB 11b based on a previously defined form. When supply of an article contributed to the bulletin board is requested, an article information providing means 14 reads the article information stored in the article information DB11a, edits it in a predetermined form, and provides the edited information to a requesting source. When supply of stored information is requested, a storage information providing means 15 reads the storage information stored in the storage information DB 11b, edits it in a predetermined form, and provides the edited information to the requesting source.
