<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the processing efficiency of the whole information processor by efficiently performing assignment of shared resources to processors while reducing the load of each processor. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The information processor 10 which performs control to exclusively assign shared resources to a plurality of task processings executed by a plurality of CPUs 11A-11D comprises priority/task ID storage parts 12A-12D for storing a priority level of task processing executed by each CPU 11A-11D for each CPU 11A-11D; and an exclusive control part 13 for determining, upon receipt of an assignment request of the shared resources from any one of the plurality of task processings through the corresponding CPU, the task processing which should receive the assignment request of the shared resources based on the priority level of each task processing stored in the priority/task ID storage parts 12A-12D.
