<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paving rake attaining efficient pavement construction and quality improvement by appropriately spreading a paving material in a short time to prevent the run out of the paving material at a boundary surface in a circular area of a manhole or the like and removing and cleaning the paving material sticking onto the manhole if necessary. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The paving rake 1 has a leveling plate 5 and a handle 2. The front face of the leveling plate 5 is curved in convex shape, and a brush 7 is mounted to the upper part of the leveling plate 5. The handle 2 is detachably mounted to the leveling plate 5 through a mounting angle adjusting plate so as to point upward when a lower side 5b of the leveling plate 5 is entirely grounded.
