<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable louver device capable of effectively preventing the generation of a feedback oscillating sound. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This movable louver device 1A is equipped with a plurality of rotating blades 3A. The rotating blade comprises front and back sides 8a and 8b which form a wind shielding surface 8, both end surfaces which connect the front and back sides together and which have a rotating central shaft rotatably supported on a frame by a rotary supporting portion, and both edge surfaces which connect the front and back sides together and which are formed of a surface along the center of the rotation of the rotating blade. The plurality of rotating blades are arranged in one direction in such a manner that the edge surfaces of the plurality of rotating blades adjoin one another.
