<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a civil engineering geogrid containing a biomass-derived polymer at 25 wt.% at least to meet dynamic material property while reducing environmental load and economically producible. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The civil engineering geogrid is formed by applying resin treatment to a foundation cloth composed of fiber containing the biomass-derived polymer with a strength of 5 cN/dtex or more and an elongation of 25% or less, having a cover factor of 350 to 900 and a quadrangular mesh form with one side of mesh size being 3-50 mm.
